Receiving Counseling for Generalized Anxiety, Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder, OCD, Panic & Anxiety-Related Issues

Anxiety counseling is intended to help you learn how to stay in the moment and teach you how to let go of the thoughts that hold you hostage.

Together you and your therapist will discover a sense of acceptance of the idea that you don’t need to get lost in the tornado of thoughts.

You will meet together weekly for 45-55 minutes and you will start to feel a sense of relief and validation of the struggles you are going through.

Anxiety therapy is best for those who are currently experiencing anxiety, obsessive thoughts, followed by compulsive behaviors, panic attacks, and fear of situations.
