You’ve spent so much time trying to measure up to what people think you should be and it’s making you feel worthless.

You can’t hide the fact that life isn’t going the way you expected it to go and it’s killing you to come across as less than perfect.

You’re looking for a therapist to help you discover what matters to you so you can use your values to write a whole different version of your story.

It’s terrifying to step out and take a risk.

To go after what you want in life when you feel like failure is the only option. It’s as if, no matter how hard you try, you’re never going to be able to be vulnerable or open up to what life has to offer.

It may seem so far out of reach right now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find purpose in the things you choose to pursue without feeling like you’re being pressured to follow a certain path.

Our team of compassionate professionals will help you tap into the strengths you already possess and guide you to stop looking for the “if” and start taking advantage of the NOW.

What does Bricolage mean?

Bricolage, in the psychological context, is the idea that experiences can be repurposed to form a more useful outcome and to lead one down a new path. The staff at Bricolage are here to help clients navigate this process. We are honored to partner with you as you pursue a new creation.

Therapy for moms in all stages who are experiencing everything from postpartum depression and anxiety to struggling with the identity shift of motherhood. We will provide support as you navigate through the constantly evolving roles you play.

Eating disorder therapy is for clients struggling in their relationship with food. Bricolage clinicians will help you discover who you are separate from food and weight so that you learn to love and care for yourself as you do for others.

Beneficial for those who are part of a couple, but for anyone who might be struggling to connect or communicate with others. Our professional team will help you identify and hold boundaries so you can form meaningful and healthy relationships.

Anxiety counseling is intended to help you learn how to stay in the moment and teach you how to let go of the thoughts that hold you hostage.
